The second volume of Paul Hardcastle's Chill Lounge series, released a year after the first, is yet another set of slow, posh electronic music made for relaxation. Among the highlights are "Slippin Away," "Come and Discover," and "Chillstep Echoes," the last of which has hints of Kool & the Gang's instrumental classic "Summer Madness" (despite the fact that Hardcastle has also covered the song).
