Although Inner Circle has been around for 20-plus years, it was the song Sweat (A La La La La Long) from their 1992 album Bad To The Bone, that the band is most remembered by. The Jamaican Grammy winning quintet is one of the reason for bringing reggae (and dreadlocks) to the mainstream. This has to definitely be a feel-good album what with the opening number Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da made famous by the TV series Life Goes On, originally by the Beatles. Getting the best of both worlds, all the 13 tracks here are feel-good energy numbers that combine the traditional reggae music with upbeat contemporary music. Jose Feliciano lends his vocals on the last track, Mother Theresa in tribute of the legendary social activist.
